Founder & Lead Engineer

Joe founded Syntunia and built the underlying technology. He leads backend engineering, bringing the model workflows and systems behind the product to life. His background in social work, nonprofit education, and helping people use AI shapes the problems he chooses to solve.
Co-founder & Technical Lead
Connecting technology and product.
Uros brings hands-on experience in AI, automation, integrations, and custom tooling. At Syntunia, he works alongside Joe to connect that technical foundation with integrations and a product people can actually use.
Operations & Coordination
Keeping the work moving.
Laurie brings project coordination and a practical, approachable way of working with AI. She keeps people, priorities, and communication connected as Syntunia takes shape.
